Love And Respect Yourself (A SECRET TO A FABULOUS LIFE FOR YOU)
Dear Friend,
When you look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see a person who respects that person in the mirror? If not, you may feel lost or on the wrong path. God created you as a unique masterpiece unto his good works, and everyone has unique talent (s) to guide them in their daily life.
God first loved you, and you should love him. God wants you to love yourself along with others, which is your neighbor. Love and respect yourself. Please do not be arrogant and disrespectful to others around you. You can heal or cope with life by praying to God alone, and it is good to have forgiveness in your heart. God forgives us, and we should have forgiveness in our hearts toward others, if it comes from a sincere heart asking for forgiveness. You do not have to forget the past, but seek the truth in faith. The previous statements are based on the following scriptures (based on The Holy Bible - KJV ) as follows:
* John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
* 1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.
* 1 John 4:8 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
* Ephesians 2:10 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
* John 14:26 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
* Matthew 22:36-40 36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
* Psalm 5:5 5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
* Psalm 54:2 2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.
* Matthew 6:15 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
* Matthew 25:15-28 - Use your talents wisely.
* Roman 1:21-32 - Things, you must not do to have a holy, honorable, and good relationship with Almighty God.
In Touch Ministries and Joel Osteen are recommended for learning more about the gospel along with a good, local church that the Holy Ghost will help you. (bible-based church and the King James Bible is recommended for accuracy of the Holy Manuscript.)
If you struggle with self-love, do things that you love and make you happy such as being with good friends, cooking, workout classes such as yoga, reading a good book or even seeing a therapist. You can not please everyone but handle it in a respectful manner.
Stand Tall. Pull your head up and shoulders back. You can practice in a full-size mirror. This simple move can provide you with an inner sense of value. It builds self-confidence within yourself with God’s help. Turn that frown into a smile because you are an important creation made by Almighty God that loves you forever. We, who are in God’s family, love you as well. Without love, we are nothing according to 1 Corinthians 13:2-3 (KJV - charity is love).
Remember, you can say no to protect yourself and remain comfortable with your decision. You must set boundaries for yourself and say no when you want to say no. A person that practices self-love will be able to set boundaries. You do not have to put yourself in an awkward social situation or take on more responsibility than you can handle.
Sometimes, a lack of self-confidence is caused by a toxic relationship, a bad childhood, or other roadblocks. If negative thoughts about yourself are seriously affecting your ability to carry on with your life, it is ok to seek a good therapist to get help. As stated by Melanie Greenberg, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist in Mill Valley, CA, and the author of The Stress-Proof Brain, “Self-love is kind of like becoming a good parent to yourself so you can soothe your inner child.” Remember, life is not perfect, and we are not perfect. Forgive yourself and keep on living a good life without stress; God is with you. It may be difficult with heart-aches, sometimes, but Excellence in Life is Worth It.
Learning to Love Yourself has some good information to help you as well. We wish you a fabulous life with the best in life. Remember you are loved and not alone.
God bless.
Sincerely,
Joseph Crosby Jr.
